Sweet Vermouth On The Rocks With A Twist

Punxatawney Phil did NOT see his shadow today. When I read that, I thought "it seems like he ALWAYS sees his shadow," and sure enough, he only DOESN'T see a shadow about once in every seven years (based on averages since they started keeping track of Phil's forecasts).

Anyway, WINTER IS OVER! Right?
